The international economy has stabalized and oil prices have steadily increased over the past 2 years.  Political uncertainty in the Middle East has continued to drive the price of oil up making it as an important comodity as ever for the U.S. to develop from within its own boarders.  With this uncertainty, there is an internal push from the U.S. econimic and political communities to advance the development and infastructure of domestic natural gas and its facilities and uses to curb the dependence on foreign oil.  Many communities are driving to develop natural gas based transit, including buses, trucks, cabs, etc. to increase natural gas uses.  This movement will increase the demeand for foreign oil and build U.S. based jobs based on the development of U.S. based comoditties.
