Management plans to grow the company through a combination of developing salable drilling projects with retained carried interests, acquiring working/royalty interests in projects that meet strict criteria, and possible joint ventures with other E&P oil/gas companies.  Currently the Company’s emphasis is in the oil rich states of Texas, Louisiana, and Illinois.  Projects of merit in other areas of North America will be considered .
