One of Strategic American Oil’s models of growth is “Oilfield Renovations.”  The Company searches for run down or shut in wells available for fractions of reserve value, leases these projects, and through reworking, re-entering, or re-engineering.  The goal is to have these efforts increase or reignite production.  SGCA has successfully utilized this method in Louisiana creating strong production from numerous wells.

In addition, plans for the Louisiana fields include continuing to develop the shallow intervals while exploring the potential of deeper zones.  This method builds revenue through production and increases the Company’s core reserves at a fraction of the cost of purchasing established production.
